Snarky Card by Martha Lucia

Hello crafty friends, Martha Lucia here to share a Snarky Card created with the Alien Funny Face Stamp and the sentiment Strangers

The Alien Funny Face is one of my favorites stamps from the Snarky Images and Sentiments Collection from Crackerbox
On this opportunity, I started my card in a different way. First I created the card base using the Mini Slimline Size. Then, I decorated the top with a piece of Designer Paper that I pasted directly over the base.

I continue the process die cutting a top layer with large size of the Tribal Stitched Rectangle Mimi Slimline Dies. With the help of my MISTI, I stamped both images, the Alien Funny Face and the sentiment Strangers

To finalize the card, I colored the Alien with Classique Markers from Spectrum Noir and pasted the stamped layer over the decorated card base with crafty foam tape.

You can see all the details about  my card, all the products that I used and more photos HERE in my blog post on my STAMPARTPAPEL BLOG.

Thanks for stopping by and happy shopping!

Thank You Gift Card Holder

 Hello, Stampers,

Vicky is here today. I had a friend help me, so I wanted to thank him for his time. I made a gift card for a restaurant that has many different kinds of beer and a good menu.

This card is 6 3/4 inches long and 3 3/4 wide. I folded it at 2 1/2" and 5". the short one is the front flap.

I stamped Thank You Very Much on gold card stock, centered it on a die, and cut it out.

On the inside of the card,  I stamped Cheers and cut it out with the die.
I stamped Beer Can Lg. and Beer Mug Lg. on X-Press and colored them with Copic markers and cut them out.

When I folded up the bottom, I just put 1/8" tape on both sides so you can slip a gift card in there.

Thank You For All You Do Card

Hello crafty friends! Ericka here and today I have a CAS (clean and simple) thank you card I created for my daughter's teachers. The end of school is coming near and I wanted to make sure that both of my girls had some thank you cards to write to their teachers.

I stamped the Daisy Bunch and the Thank You All You Do sentiment in black Versa Claire ink and clear heat embossed them. I then took out my watercolor markers and lightly colored up these pretty daisies.

I finished my card by adding some light purple Nuvo drops. And there you have it, a quick and simple thank you card that is easy to make a bunch lol. You can even get your kids involved and have them color up the flowers for their teachers. I hope you have a wonderful rest of the week!

I stamped the Sunflower Trio with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then, I colored the flowers with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir. I used the same ink stamp for the Hashtags Sweet and Hashtags Nice sentiments
As a final touch, I just added a few dots in clay in lime color.

A Friendly Cup of Fairy Tea with Shanna

Hello and welcome!  This is Shanna here today with another card in my Fairy-Inspirational series featuring stamps from Crackerbox Stamps.

Today's card features one of my FAVORITE fairy stamps that Crackerbox Stamps has in their collection. The Fairy Teacup features a solid silhouette of 2 fairies sharing a cup of tea---so cute!  I chose to pair them with the Don't Love You sentiment for a fun *anytime* card for a friend.

I started my card by heat embossing both my focal image and my sentiment in black embossing powder. Then I ink blended using my Distress Oxide inks with the colors Villainous Potion, Seedless Preserves, and Picked Raspberry. Purple is my favorite color so I tend to gravitate toward it a lot! The heat embossing creates a resist, so after I was done inking my panel, I was able to buff off the excess ink on the embossed images with a dry paper towel. To help bring the focus a little more central on my card, I die cut a narrow frame using 2 nesting rectangle dies in my stash and then I covered the frame in the same embossing powder I used with the stamped images to tie it all together. All in all, it was a pretty quick and easy card!

The Sky's the Limit Card

Hi Everybody! Cornelia here today. I pulled out some of my old Crackerbox Stamps for this card.

I used the mirror image stamp to create the shadow. I always find it easier to start with the mirror image. I then stamped the balloon girl the usual way, but inked up the balloons in light yellow. I colored in the balloons with markers. I stamped the sentiment on some colored paper and swiped the edges in green. Added it to the card. I masked off a strip on the left side and sponged it with the same green. Added white gel pen highlights to the balloons.

The stamps I used:
Girl with Balloons
Sky's the Limit
Mirror image rubber

I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting!
Happy Stamping!

Embossed Sympathy Butterfly Tree Card

I hope you are all doing well and Happy Mother's Day. As with most holidays, there is lots of happiness but also a sense of loss and remembrance for those who have passed. Today I have a sympathy card I made for my sister-in-law whose mother recently passed away.

I started my card with a base I made using pigment powders and a plastic sheet. I lightly dusted the powder on my card, spritzed it with water, and then used some leftover plastic to smoosh it around.

Once my background was dry, I used Versamark ink and clear heat embossed the Those We Love sentiment. I then stamped and gold heat embossed the Blowing Butterfly Tree. I love this tree and added a little gray shading to the tree to help it stand out.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a great week.
