Little Love Notes

Love Notes
My husband and I started our relationship and marriage by living 407 miles apart.  We traveled every Friday and met in Holbrook, AZ, spent the night and left first thing the next morning so we could get back home in time for work and family.  To say that it was difficult at times is putting it mildly, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

During our year and a half of living a Long Distance Relationship, we had to get pretty creative in the little things to make sure we kept "us" important.   One time I even sent him a real live telegraph!  It was the coolest thing EVER.

Although I currently live with him in New Mexico, I still travel back and forth to Arizona to see my family and it never fails, every time I leave we fall right back into LDR mode; phone calls every night, he makes me a special CD of music that he hides in my car and I leave little love notes around the house for him to find while I am gone.

I am headed out to Arizona again and this time I figured I would so something a little prettier than scribbling on napkins and paper plates!  I have all of these scraps of paper and cutesy little sayings so I dug through my scrap drawer and found some fun papers and went to town having fun!  Tuesday morning before I leave, I will hide them around the house!  (Thank God he doesn't read my blog is all I have to say!)

So next time you want to surprise that special someone in your life, pull out some of your scraps and favorite quotes and do him up a special "love note".  It was super simple!

Stamps used in my little love notes are:  Honey Hugs, Warm Socks, Rainbows and Polka Dots

Until next time,
Happy Stamping!
