This lovely saying by Judy Garland has got to be one of the most romantic quotes of all time.
I wanted to keep the card simple, romantic and elegant to give focus to the sentiment and not take anything away from it.
I did add a couple of Watermelon Skittles and several Chartreuse iridescent sequins to add
a bit of color and texture to the card.
In the corners of the Oval, I stamped our Herb leaves
in a soft Crumb Cake
and sponged the edges with Sahara Sand.
