Watercolored ATCs in FUSE-ed Pockets

Good Morning friends! This is Payel here from Beau Monde Designs with seven watercolored artist trading cards.

Inspiration: I am here today with a set of seven watercolored artist trading cards using the beautiful ‘Flower Swirl Trio‘ stamp and the ‘Hugs and Kisses’ stamp. This is my first try at making ATCs and I hope you will like these.

How I made my cards:
1) I started off by stamping the ‘Flower Swirl Trio’ stamp on a piece of watercolor paper using ‘Festive Berries’, ‘Ripe Persimon’ and ‘Peeled Paint’ distress inks.
2) I used Gansai Tambi water colors and plain water to color and shade the stamped images.
3) I used my Gansai Tambi water colors again to color the background of my cards, each with different shades so that although these are part of a set, they look a little different.
4)  Then I stamped my sentiment ‘Hugs and Kisses’ using Versafine Black Ink.
5)  To finish off my card, I matted this water colored piece on to some Kraft card stock and attached a ribbon to the back and adhered another Kraft card piece on top.
6)  Since ATCs don’t really have any envelopes, I thought I would make transparent pockets using my FUSE Tool to protect the cards. The ribbons actually serve the purpose of easily taking the cards in and out of these pockets.

So Suzy Stamps used:

Other supplies used:
Distress Inks, Gansai Tambi Water Colors, Gina K. Designs ribbons, Kraft card stock, Versafine Black Ink, Strathmore water color paper, Tombow Xtreme Permanent Adhesive High Performance Tape, FUSE Tool and pockets.
