Copic Coloring on Kraft Cardstock

Hello everyone!!  Happy Spring!!!  I love Spring, because I was born in the Spring and its closer to Summer.  LOL!!

Kymona here with a very easy card for this go round.  I'm going to show you how to Copic color on kraft cardstock!!

Take a look at the card we are going to recreate:

I love this whimsical Flower Flourish stamp! You can use it to create just about any type of card.

Here's how:

1. Decide on how you want the flowers to look on your card.

2. Use the Misti for perfect placement.

3. Stamp your image using a Copic friendly ink.

4. Next up is your sentiment, pick one that you want to use and once again use the Misti for perfect placement.

5. Stamp your sentiment with the same ink.

6. Pick your Copic colors.  The colors above are RV14, BG13, V06 and Y35.

7. Decide on which flower gets which color and get to coloring.

8.  Add some Clear Wink of Stella and some other embellishments as desired.

See how easy it is to add some basic Copic coloring to kraft cardstock, no blending necessary.

Are you willing to give this technique a try?  I sure hope so!  Please let me know below and I would love to see your creations.

Thanks for stopping by!
