Getting Ready for the Holidays

Hey everyone!  I hope you all had a safe and wonderful Halloween and were able to participate in the Blog Hop we had yesterday for the Release.  If you haven't, there is still time so be sure and jump in and enjoy the great cards the ladies have created using our November Release stamps.

I will admit that I am HORRID at sending Christmas cards, as a matter of fact, if you HAVE a Christmas card from me cherish it!  I do not remember when the last time I actually sent a Christmas card was...possibly 1997 before my son was born.  (Maybe!)

However, I know there are a lot of you who are a heck of a lot cooler than I am that do send Christmas cards and I bow down to your bomdiggityshizznit ways!  Now, I may not send cards, but I do know a thing or two about saving time when making them.  There was a time before So Suzy Stamps that I would actually make ALL of my mom's holiday cards.  We are talking over 1000 per year...seriously, 1000.  I used have a card matrix it was THAT insane.  It is not surprising that our last podcast as all about Stamping for the Holidays where I divulge a bunch of my secrets for creating an assembly line for holiday cards.

As much as I try to shy away from making a ton of cards, I will admit that the last two Christmas cards I made with the new stamps have been a lot of fun.  Not fun enough to make me start making cards for my mom again, but enough to put a smile on my face, that's for sure!  Plus, this card was super simple!

You have to love easy!

Happy Stamping!
